- We will inform you about your rights and the health care and social services complaint examination system.
- We will advise you and promote conciliation process.
- We will help you to clarify the subject of your complaint.
- We will help you to identify the required documents.
- We will accompany you to meetings held as part of the complaint handling process.
- We will do a follow up with you.
Our services are free and confidential.
Who can use our services?
We are here to help users of health care and social services and people who live in private seniors’ residences. We serve the entire Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine region. Living in another region? Click here.
